Cancellation policy:
In any circumstances, if you can no longer attend ICCECRICE 2026, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to ICCECRICE 2026 Organizer (mail to: sozbilir@atauni.edu.tr).
The ICCE 2024 refund policy is as follows
Up to March 29, 2026: 90% refund
April 1 – May 31, 2026: 70% refund
From June 1, 2026: No refunds
Please informed that cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.
